Program: “Beyond Delaware: The New Frontier for Alternate Entities and Business Litigation in Texas and Nevada.”
Panelists: Christine Hurt (Texas), Rew Goodenow (Nevada), and Matt O’Toole (Delaware).

The panel discussion will be started by Christine highlighting new matters in Texas with Rew and Matt comparing and contrasting their state’s laws. The intent is to allow each of us to have access to the latest news on these three states and provide information that will likely be relevant in our respective states regarding choice of forum for alternative entity formation.
