Fellow Listserve Rules
Your permission to use the College Website and/or listserv is conditioned upon the following Use Restrictions and Conduct Restrictions Rules. You agree that you will not under any circumstances:
- post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) or engage in unlawful multi-level marketing (such as a pyramid scheme);
- post any information that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable and offensive;
- post content that: is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose or for the promotion of illegal activities;
- attempt to, or harass, bully, abuse, or harm another person or group;
- solicit login information or access or use another user’s account without permission;
- provide false or inaccurate information when registering an account;
- collect users’ content or information, or otherwise access the listserv, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spider, or scrapers) without our prior written permission;
- post anyone’s identification documents or sensitive financial information;
- interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the listserv;
- make any automated use of the system, or take any action that we deem to impose or to potentially impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the servers or network infrastructure;
- bypass any robot exclusion headers or other measures we take to restrict access to the College website or listserv, or use any software, technology, or device to scrape, spider, or crawl the College website or the listserv or harvest or manipulate data;
- publish or link to malicious content intended to damage or disrupt another user’s browser or computer;
- upload viruses of other malicious code;
- use the listserv or the College Website to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory;
- do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of the College website or listserv, such as a denial of service attack or interference with page rendering or other functionality; or
- facilitate or encourage any violations of these rules.
